With the others, you can't add them in Mailchimp, but like Jill said you could definitely ask them (via ONE email only) if they'd like to sign up! It never hurts, and you might be surprised how many people click that link!

I think long posts are going to get skipped. If these women are busy (I can relate!), they don't have time to read a lengthy post. It's possible, too, that they are reading your posts but just not commenting because they don't have the time or they don't feel compelled to do so.

Well, actually, if I wanted to get my time, life and home more organized, I'd probably check some coaching sites. Why not go the more direct way and post about your bags, their story, how you use them yourself etc.?
