My workshop on Saturday was lovely – and the weekend around it, too (the workshop was in the south, so I went there Friday-Sunday). A lot of supportive business talk with the LYS owner. And I made new customers!
My April pattern is almost finished.

Sure, @lindsey-spoor. I live in Nordrhein-Westfalen. That's pretty much in the middle of Germany, a bit closer to the west. It is the same state as Cologne, Dortmund, or Münster.

Thanks for the recommendation @jess-cook – I signed up for the book club. I was able to read a sample of the book and it sounds interesting.

I haven't read Big Magic yet – I put it on reserve at my local library today in the hopes I can get it soon. Meanwhile, I need to finish reading Getting Things Done (or give up on it).

@tanja-osswald – I was born in Frankfurt and spent the first four months of my life in Butzbach (my dad was in the Army Dental Corps, 1977-81). When I lived in France, I made frequent trips to Freibourg for recycling and shopping with a teaching colleague.

If I were still doing Storied Yarns I'd be allll over this. I hope you get a response!

Maybe you'd also consider working with a bag maker and a stitch marker maker to put together a whole kit? Just an idea!

Welcome, @naomi! I think you'll find that the process of chart your stars and map-making really helps you break down your big goals into 1 or 2 smaller ones that you can really focus on completing before you move onto the next thing. Good luck!!!
