I second Jill's recommendation – Abby Glassenberg has a class called “Email Marketing Jumpstart” which is really good.

I do the same with Asana. I have an editorial calendar for my blog posts and newsletter in Asana with the different topics and links I find useful. I set up boards for the orders in my webshop. But funny enough I didn't use Asana for my quarterly goal. I did that in my planner under projects and action plans.

Hey @vicky-kooyman I really like the idea of the Pomodoro timer technique. Right now, I am feeling a little over-whelmed with all the “things” I should be doing and feeling stuck to start them. I'll give the timer a try.
