@susan-heyn, I don't have a big list either. Only 39 people on it. For I think about 1 year now and just had recently my first unsubscribe. It's a disappointment of course but I try not to worry about it. She was obviousely not one of my Right People.

Thanks for your input Katie @katie-franceschi. I combined your approach with Dana's @dana-gervais. First I assigned the mile markers to the different months.
