I filed an extension. I found an accountant that a couple of people recommended who will take me if I call after May 1st. It's on my calendar.

Thanks for your input @ann-tudor. I think I also have to be patient. I'm the type of girl who wants it all and wants it NOW, haha 😉 I will keep on trying and see what works. And thanks to the Q&A of April I am a wiser person. Thanks again!!

I have participated in a pod and have to agree with what article you linked and @sara-mccormick said. There is a spike in activity at first, and it is fun in the beginning to make some new friends. I don't think there's enough time to find an accountant who actually has any openings this time of year. But I think it would probably be a good idea going forward. I'm not sure how to actually find one though. All of my friends who have businesses making stuff are in other cities or states. I need someone really local, i.e., someone I can get to by bus.
