Hey, @karen-george –
I'm just jumping back on the Starship after a long pause of getting my business up and running, but I wanted to let you know that I'm sending you an email with an idea of someone to contact with questions about yarn support.

Hey, @melanie-cheripka!
I just saw this discussion come up today and, with my LYSO hat on, wanted to third @jess-cook and @dawn-craig in what they said.
If you'd like some feedback on how your note looks to a non-local LYS, let me know!

Hi @tara,
I was wondering why the last chat logs weren't uploaded. The last one is from September.
I mean from the Holodeck chats of course 🙂 -

Review October 2017:
What went well? After a turbulent time with my mom and her illness, I have now come into quieter waters. I’m on track again with my blog posts and newsletters. And I made 2 Q4 maps. One for email growth and one to launch the new flat zipper pouches.
I also learned through an old podcast from Tara what to post on F…[Read more]

I vote 13 or 11! They show the 3D element, the size relative to a baby, and that the pattern is obviously FOR a baby but they keep the focus on the actual knitted item.

I'm trying to figure out which one would make me more likely to click on the pattern page on Ravelry. I think Thirteen probably would be best for that as it shows the project itself the best. I think that one or Eleven would actually be good for the first page of the actual pattern. (I think these are really great pictures of the baby playing, but…[Read more]

I'm back again with the same question, but this time I have some photos of a baby fiddling with the blankie, and they were taken by a professional photographer! 🙂 I've whittled the choices down to four photos, and I feel that they are all good, but none of them is perfect on its own. Can anyone take a look and let me know what they think? I want…[Read more]

All this makes my reporting look very rudimentary. I track profit, and rank my products in order of total sales (the actual number of ££'s made, not items sold.)

@laurinda-reddig will be at VKL in the knit art gallery! I'm trying to figure out which day works best for me to try and get out there. I've also been thinking about Knit Fit but hadn't made plans for it yet.

I created a form letter like Jess outlined. I also tried to find something about the shop that I felt I sort of had a connection to and mentioned that. I do know it helped with one of the shops that placed a really big order.
I've also sent follow-ups and some of the follow-ups have helped because they've said “I have enough for now” and I've…[Read more]
