I used to have this problem in PicMonkey with one of my client's fonts – the really weird thing was that the fonts showed up if I used MS Edge, but not Chrome. I stumbled upon that one by accident. Now Chrome has her fonts in it, too, just seemingly at random.

@lindsey-spoor There is always one bully in the playground! Keep conducting you business with dignity and integrity. Your customers will respect you for that. And don't let their words become an affirmation. (That's probably the hard part.)
