Sorry you have the same problem @carmen-nuland. Will buckling down really do it for you, or is there a particular sticking point?
I find it well nigh impossible without anyone to bounce things off. How do I know whether a design is interesting/appealing enough? How do I know if I should go with A or B when choosing a shaping/edge or brim – or if…[Read more]

@rachel-brooks I'm with you on the struggle with perfectionism! It's been a while since I've released a pattern. I have so many that are close to being ready. I need to just buckle down and start knocking them out.
I think points 1 and 2 (create every day and Volume/not perfection) are crucial for me to focus on. Otherwise I start…[Read more]

Update now you've bumped it up @jess-cook hehe
I paid for a years worth and use it all the time, but I am thinking of switching to the paid version of the Later app interface if not now, when my renewal is up. It looks like it may be a little more useful.
Since then, I've also come across another one that does it all a different way – linktree…[Read more]

So for a while now I've been wanting to upgrade my email marketing game, but honestly I just do NOT want to have to pay for email marketing right now, considering the size of my list and my own lack of consistency in emailing them.
SO! I'm doing an experiment, where I try out MailerLite, which is free, and see if I like it better than Mailchimp.…[Read more]

Yes, @jane-purchase, and once we've digested some input properly it will show up in our work completely transformed. To me, looking at other people's work has a huge overlap with conscious learning.
@rachel-brooks, maybe some of the advice Mr Price gives on perfectionism could point you in a good direction?
