I don't and I've been kind of annoyed by ones I got so never thought of doing it, but now that I think about it, I was already frustrated that day and I was annoyed for like 5 mins, deleted the email and moved on. It didn't effect how I felt about the company. So it's not really a reason to keep me from sending them

It sounds reasonable to me! I wish I had a designer to recommend, I'd love to hear why you find!
I know @joeli-kelly recently redesigned – do you have any reccs? And maybe @jess-cook knows some from her clients?
