Ok, not sure how to handle this. I have a customer who was part of my first Collector's Club. It ran for 3 months. The first month was a set that they were able to see and the final 2 were mystery sets.
On June 22 a customer sent me an email saying
“Is there any way these can be exchanged for something more fun looking?” and that “this set…[Read more] -

Hey @dana-gervais
At first glance, it seems to be that your main emphasis is tech editing, not a knitter looking for patterns because of the headings (not sure technical term) but where it says “Home Technical Editing ….etc” I understand as I scroll down that there are patterns attached to the pictures but I think you might want to add a link…[Read more] -

Hey Captains,
My website was overdue for an overhaul! I recently migrated from Blogger to Squarespace. It's still a work in progress, but I would love some feedback on how it looks so far. Mostly, I want to make sure that if you're a customer and and you're looking to knit socks, you have no problem navigating around and finding the resources…[Read more]

@kathy-provan, I took a quick look. Your website looks nice but I was a bit puzzled I had to click “products” to get to the shop. And about buying: The products page is where my first glance ended; nothing happened when I clicked the categories. I could fix this by allowing some more stuff for my browser.
I just checked the Sweet Paprika. Is there…[Read more] -

1) Yayyyy!!! You did great to succeed your goals! That is such an amazing deal and it feels great!
2) That's a great realization! If you know what you hate then you can hack the heck out of it! I TOTALLY do this! For example I always have my wheel and camera set up, just off to the side. So I don't waste time getting set up and then get crabby…[Read more]

I need some help with my map.
I want to create and maintain wholesale processes that I can follow in conjunction with prepping for shows. I know my metrics will be tasks completed, I just don't how to tell if I reached my goal, like the number to reach because there doesn't seem to be a number for this
Should I maybe check off each show I am…[Read more]

Congratulations on your book, @jessica. I'm not a knitter at all, unfortunately, but I'm with @carmen-nuland on the story telling part. I loved to read your story here in this thread. It would be a pitty to keep that from your buyers 🙂
Good luck on the sale!
I shared it on my knitting board on Pinterest 😀

Thanks @lea-ann-mcgregor I will keep that in mind. It is very interesting how circular our lives are if we really look at all the connections!
Thanks @jill-wolcott Great idea. I had not thought of that at all. Ravelry is still somewhat of a mystery to me. I will look around.
With all of this said, I am going to sit down this weekend and…[Read more]

I'm a little late to help with Q2 but I shared it in a group where we were talking about what patterns to use the hand dyed variegated and speckled dyed yarn and those are perfect!

I'm having a print show! It goes up tomorrow and then First Friday celebration is on July 7. The info is here, and I'll be adding more photos and stuff on Sunday:
It's in Oakland, CA, but I'd love a boost in case you've got Bay Area peeps that would like to drop by!
