I do. The majority of my customers are not on Ravelry. I need to do it better, but having a reviews page is a start. I'd love to have them incorporated into my pattern descriptions more.

Thank you so much @grace-shalom-hopkins! You're right, one of my favorite things is looking at everyone else's projects so I think it's going to be a picture heavy page, assuming I can get people to agree to post pictures 😀

I am really thinking about this too with my books. I'd like to offer a kit with the books but I am not sure if I should partner or do it myself. Hmmmm. 😛

I find partnering with another maker doubles your reach, more so if they are bigger than you. So that's a huge bonus. Also people trust their quality which reduces risk they won't like the…[Read more]

I honestly don't feel drawn to either one… Sadly.

I did put together several listings that I love with props you can do easily. These photos and styling really POPPED to me! Things I didn't like was plain backgrounds and models, shockingly.

On my Etsy pages for each book I insert testimonials in between the paragraphs. 🙂

I love to see on a designer's page samples and quotes. On Indie sewing pattern pages people often link the instagram tag of the item so you can sort through the projects and their comments on it. That is MY FAVOURITE 😀
