That is a ton of work to get payments. If a shop places an order with you, they should be ready to pay.

I do a lot of wholesale (I'm about 80% wholesale) and if I were having to spend that much time communicating, and keeping track of what was ready to ship but unpaid I'd go bonkers! (I'd also run out of room for storage.)
