@tanja-osswald, I find it so odd what sets traffic off–rarely what I anticipate will. I now understand why marketing is such trial and error. I still prefer design and teaching.

It can be a total black hole @tanja-osswald! But it is also good for connecting.

What's going well?
On Monday I asked my Newsletter subscribers if they would like to test knit my socks, and had a good response. (11%) A couple of them are up to toes today. I've had some useful feed back, and am really enjoying this process.

@tanja-osswald, great solution! Likely the worst that will happen is that you will waste time on Facebook. 😉

I feel that way with my website too… I need to clean up my plug ins but I'm afraid I'm going to mess something up. But you can do it! Back-up often so you can go back is needed.

After procrastinating on this for ages, I finally let myself be lured as a CAL host on Facebook. Now, I got a new account and an Osswald Design page. And so far, neither my computer nor the internet have exploded.
For me, getting a new account (so I can forget about my garbled old one) did the trick.
