I am actually using IFTTT now to schedule Facebook and Twitter (through my google calendar), and Latergramme for IG.

That is an awesome revelation. I like that it would take something off your plate. Just a thought:
What if you found a couple of on-line sellers to just take that over? You could still do the fulfillment if needed, but the sale would go through their site? I've talked about doing that with another friend who dyes and it kind of makes sense.
