What yarn weights are you planning? There are few generic patterns out there which would work with all weights. Ravelry has a fixed discount for in-store-sales, maybe that works for you, too?

In sitting down and really going over details, including timeline, I've realized that doing both yarn and patterns right off the bat is a little much. Creative Adventures with Joeli would work, but I really like the suggestions of your full name (it sounds really nice) or Joeli's Studio (I like this one best) or Joeli's Workshop. I think those will be most open to growing and changing with you no matter which direction you take your business in the future.
