Keep newsletter as is? Change newsletter?

I'm really interested that a couple of people have said to make the newsletter shorter. I enjoy the longer format. Knowing it only comes once a month and is packed with content makes me want to open it!

Im going to buck the trend here! I'd go for ‘Handmade from recycled silver in NY' I really like to see where a maker is located and often look at someones profile to see where they live.

‘Spreading love one piece of jewelry at a time' is perfect!

So excited! I heard back from the person who makes the stitch markers that I think would be perfect for the club and she's willing to sell me some at a wholesale price. So I have that little extra perk for one of the four shipments. 🙂

Stitch markers are a great way to enhance the feeling of a special community – just the people in your club have your markers. 🙂 At least, I hope that's what will happen when I start giving out Ann's sheep markers as a gift in my crochet workshops.

I thought this was an option with MailChimp (which is what I use), but in searching the help files, I can't really figure out exactly how to do it. (I can figure out how to send each already subscribed person a unique coupon code, but that won't help with new subscribers.) What exactly are you asking? It is easy to get a unique Ravelry code. Do you want those unique codes send out automatically?

I want to change all that this year by being more focused on what I want and getting rid of the stuff that doesn’t matter or isn’t as important. I think by working smarter, rather than jumping all over the place most of the time, I will have more time to bring my best ideas to life.
