One of the things I'm working on the past two months and will continue next year is natural healing for my many chronic illnesses. Even if I can't get off the medications completely if I can improve how I feel it will be worth it.

Welcome @elsie-b! I'm an EndoWarrior too. I was diagnosed 29 years ago though. I am glad you found some natural ways to heal, because at the time of my diagnosis there wasn't much! I was lucky to have a doctor who understood, and helped me even thought it was through surgery and medication.

I just recently started Instagram (avoiding from fear of sailing too close in proximity to The Great Timesuck Vortex…all too easy to be trapped and takes fearsome efforts to break free…FB is bad enough).
