Well, if you are not bound to a certain country: I was very happy with my graphic designer, Heidi Paura from Paura Design (her husband Stephan owns the company). Their website is probably in German only but they do speak English (paura.de).

@lesley-austin I second Jill's approach: Just make a list. CYS is not there to torture you but to guide you getting clear on where your business is not and where you want to take it next.
If a mind map does not work for you, make a list, write an essay, paint a picture – whatever else does the trick.

This is a really interesting thread for me as it is something I have tried to wrangle in the past. My blog posts are delivered by Jetpack as a plug in for my WordPress blog. I opened up my yarn club today. If any of you would like to share information about the club, I would really appreciate it. All of the information is available on that web page (including a video!). Sign ups run through January 29 (or until the club sells out) and the first shipment goes out at the end of February.
