To clarify, your question is: How do you hold live video events, that are limited just to members. Is that correct?

My logo and pattern templates were done by Heather Zoppetti, but I don't think she's taking on design clients. If your person falls through I can ask her though. Another recommendation would be Elizabeth Green of Stitch Definition. I've not hired her personally, but I've seen some of the work she's done for others and it's really strong.
