@karen-whooley I didn't use indesign. I just used OpenOffice and laid it out in a text document that I then converted to PDF.

So there is no legal standard text that has to be on a website? It is all your choice whether you write about a privacy policy and other legal issues?

I don't know that there's a specific set wording that websites in the U.S. should have, but most websites have a Terms & Conditions and Privacy Policy section.
