@kimberlie-kohler She sounds to me like some of the people I have had email me who are just lonely out there. You may have been one of the first people to reach out to her that she follows on social media – newsletter in a very long time. She got so excited that she couldn't stop.
Now that being said, At this point, I would ignore her. You…[Read more]

Seems like she has some personal issues.
My advice stays the same: Wait a week, answer some interesting points, ignore the rest, and answer her as a business owner, not on a personal level.
But always treat her as a person, not as a nuisance. -

Hi Lea-Ann,
Like Tanja and Kimberley I would love to have more details. I have various yarn bases that are fingering weight. But I would love to know yardage needed in skeins, etc.Lisa

@christie-minchew thanks for that. Got around to listening to it this afternoon. I've been just killing it the last couple of weeks, and for most of every day I feel in a way I quite honestly think I may not have felt for 10 or 15 years. I'm not sure I would call it depression, and in myself might ascribe it to PTSD, but it is incredible to be…[Read more]

I have a pattern in Summer Knitscene, Mere Skirt. The preview has been on Ravelry for a few weeks, but I just saw it in the magazine, and for some reason that made it real! Just had to share! This is my first time in KnitScene and has been a big goal for me, so I'm super excited!!!

I just listened to a podcast that included several topics, but which included an observation on depression. My surprise was two-fold: oh! those symptoms I was having may really have been depression AND sort of how ‘normal' it was. Anyway, thought of you guys and thought I'd send the link:…[Read more]

@joeli-kelly, I love your whys! I went through my own mile markers and was able to give a decent why for all but one of them. Although it will stay on because I have committed to doing it for June, I think that tells me that one of my tasks needs to be to figure out changing my role. Nice to put it down and know why I'm feeling that these are…[Read more]
