I use Mailchimp and their Groups in order to tag people for different opt-ins. This helps me to see at a glance who are my letter-writing people as opposed to those who wanted a worksheet on setting goals. @kimberlie-kohler no, you can insert images. I guess plain text is wrong phrase. It just doesn't have all the drag-and-drop layout stuff mailchimp has.

I've been considering switching over to Convertkit. At this point I'm paying for mailchimp anyway. It seems simpler to do what I want to do.
