I love quote posts!

I'm definitely in for the 21st as well. Just let me know what I can bring.

Can you create quote posts using your own images so that the post is both a photo and a post? I do this a lot using Canva (or Phonto on my phone). That way photo lovers get a photo and quote lovers get a quote.

@penny-shima-glanz We have a baby gate in the kitchen so she can't come in the basement, where my desk is, along with the rest of the studio. As much as I would love to have her on my lap while I'm at my desk, a kitty in a dye studio is a bad idea. 🙁

@terri I'm on the other side of the fence. I hate quote posts. I'm on Instagram for photos; an occasional one is fine, but I just breeze by them. But if you do them, do them consistently so your viewers know.

@riin-gill Ms Tig doesn't help you clean your desk? I'll lend you Shadow, he was very helpful as I cleaned my desk this morning.

Glad you aren't coughing as much. I find I'm still easily triggered for a coughing fit. I also want my neck covered, yet be able to take it away if I'm coughing. cowls/scarves are my friends.

Slowly recovering from pneumonia, so I'm not moving very fast. But I've been training a new worker, and she's working out very well. And I've been getting stuff together for my tnna booth. I just ordered 9 extra long white shower curtains, 34 dowels, and 2 50′ spools of white plastic chain. 🙂

I figure since it's marketing, I put it down as an advertising expense. You can't deduct the retail price of the item you're donating though, just what it cost you (whatever category you put it in).

I love quote posts and think they work well, especially if you're wanting to post more than once or twice a week. I think they also look nice aesthetically if you post them in some sort of sequence (i.e. picture, quote, picture, quote, etc.) My only tip is to make sure the quote template you create is on brand, using your colors and with a link…[Read more]
