@linda-tieu, technology seems capable of either making us happy or bringing us to our knees! I'm with @lea-ann-mcgregor. I tend to think it is worth paying to have support. @penny-shima-glanz do you have any plug in suggestions? But don't look back! Move forward and see if you can make it a win.

What a great idea, and thank you so much for doing it! Linda, My heart sinks just thinking about this. Technology is often the biggest challenge. Can you contact your members and tell them that there has been a problem, that you are shutting down for 3-4 weeks, that you will be sending weekly updates to them with a little treat, and that it might mean migrating the membership someplace else.
