And I'd add: Be sure you ask every person who comes in to sign up for the newsletter. And then, be sure your newsletter has strong Calls to Action. Like: Come do X. Get this new yarn.

Lesson 3… I've listened to it all and started the worksheet but I needed to finish my map and this week I've been busy with getting things on my map done, but I'm going to plan time next week to do it. Putting it in my planner right now.
