My social anxiety triggers my asthma and when I first opened the shop I was having asthma attacks, when customers visited. I'm now on a new asthma medication.

I'm no longer on ADs, I didn't find they helped. I did have talk therapy and it did help a little.

Just yesterday Tara I was thinking I must be the most optimistic depressive there is. I so relate to everything (except the physical anxiety stuff) you said. I think I am happy with the status of my depression–i.e., not interested in medication; currently not in talk therapy, but that can always change.
