I watch Bar Rescue too. He gives people good advice, but some aren't ready to hear it and make the changes. We also watch a lot of the home improvement shows- Flip or Flop, Property Brothers, Love it or List It; Flea Market Flip is interesting too- sometimes they film at a market in NY.
