If I email coupons can you print them on your end? Between Canada Post and the British Post I don't know how long it would take to get to you by mail. Canada Post is really slow at times.

The store address is http://www.wollhaus.com – just a coming soon sign right now. Lots going on underneath.

Cute hat! I think it feels odd to ask, but it isn't.
I'll put it in my newsletter on Thursday; to help you feel less odd, make it easy for me by giving me the web address for your store too.

This week, I published a cabled hat pattern – Trails and Streams on Ravelry – http://www.ravelry.com/projects/KathiS/trails-and-streams-hat. This is the first one with our store logo – I will now publish as Wollhaus now that the brick and motar store is active (website is coming)
It would be great if you could fave the pattern on Ravelry or…[Read more]

Numbers are perfect because they are measurable. Otherwise, my goal would be to write ALL THE PATTERNS and that is bound to fail. On the average, I want to publish 4 patterns a month. That is doable; there are months I get more done. Still, it is a bit of a stretch. Including today's pattern, I have 90 single patterns for sale on Ravelry now.…[Read more]

Yay for getting past the desolation!
Just curious, but why do you have a number goal? You seem quite prolific but have been asking a lot of yourself with book designs and new patterns.

So far, I had published only one pattern all month – and in the last two days, I upped the count to three! Still behind on my quarterly goal but it does not feel desolate anymore…

@lynn-hershberger It depends on whether you do priority mail or not. Sometimes things come within around a week & sometimes it takes 3-5 weeks.

@sarah-walworth, sounds like your business is on a good way! And don't forget to add in some nice things on the way – the end of the tunnel is there and you will reach it. But you don't have to hold your breath until you are there. Self-care is especially important when – well, all the time!

Hey @nessa-jay thanks so much for your input! I just signed up to give it a try and you are right it is very easy to navigate and I found it all to be very intuitive and even easier than mailchimp.
I tried replicating a campaign I did recently in Mailchimp and it was very simple to do. I also edited the unsubscribe page to invite people to…[Read more]

Oh and to answer your question @alex-collins, I use mailchimp right now. So far mailerlite seems like mailchimp but with more functions and cleaner navigation. I might just make the jump very soon! Thanks for bringing it to my attention 😀

Bah, I couldn't do much testing. You have to complete your account information, verify a domain and submit it for verification before you are approved to use most of the features. BUT I did explore as much as possible. I'm definitely considering switching. I liked what I saw.
Generally, navigating the site is very easy and clean. The function of…[Read more]
