Don't know if you're still looking but Airtable is a good cheap/free option as well. They have some ready made CRM templates or you can start from 0 and build your own exactly as you want.

Thanks @nessa-jay! I started to go through my listing and split my descriptions up into short paragraphs to make them easier to read. I'll do the rest over the next couple of days.

Reviewing the last month and last quarter (and my first in Starship!) Here's what I found:

For formatting I would break the product description up so it isn't one big paragraph. Breaking it up into multiple paragraphs or bullet points if possible helps the buyer skim (which means they are more likely to read it).

Example 1:

“Set of 4 hand crocheted Santa pins, each measures almost 4″ high and about 4” across at the widest point.…[Read more]
