Okay this happens to me when I make unclear or fuzzy goals. For example I'll make a goal “exercise for 15 minutes 3 times a week” but in my head I actually mean “do the rowing machine for 15 minutes 3 times a week” so then when I go for a brisk walk around the neighbourhood I don't want to count that as completing my goal even though it satisfies…[Read more]
