In this case, you're not really increasing prices — just charging people for something they should have been paying all along. I suggest you put “VAT included” next to the calculated price and go with it, without worrying about people thinking you've raised your prices. Everyone in the EU is used to paying VAT-inclusive pricing by now, one hopes.
