@jess-cook, another way to deal with the Advent calender is to include things you don't necessarily have to do on that day. You can add coupons for, say, three times one hour of reading out loud, and they can cash them till December first, 2017. That way, you have super mom spread over the whole year (or at least a couple of weeks after Christmas).

I think using them on a dedicated page is a great idea, and it's something I had planned to do myself! I've seen it before where people have a dedicated page for that and I don't think it's at all icky. After all, people don't have to read that page if they don't want to, but it makes me feel more confident as a customer when I see happy reviews…[Read more]
