I'm Leigh, a New Zealander, who lives in the Yorkshire, UK. I share my life with two silly little dogs, and a Hairy Man, who works off shore.

Until recently I was just selling knitting bags on Etsy, however I've added needle cases, knitting needles, and hand-dyed yarn to that recently.

I have had a crochet course planned for over a year now. So this interests me too. I have done a lot of the prep work already. I really need to make it a focus for the next quarter I think.

I was always planning on doing it all myself – not via a third party. Not sure if that's wise or not. I guess we'll see.

I'm in on this discussion. I've been struggling with how to get away from the patterns and into teaching. The technology/coordination always throws me.

Going well: I don't have any major deadlines right now, so I've been doing some planning for things to be launched next year. (And lots of holiday gift knitting.) It feels good to not be in stress mode right now at the holidays.

I've already had a breakthrough! All along I've been thinking that the pattern is the thing to sell (because that's how I've been doing it), but Joeli is saying that the lesson is the thing to sell and to give the pattern away. Whoah.
