I just got my first consignment order in a LYS. AND it's on the west coast so whole new customer base… AND the owner is going to do a whole marketing plan to promote my yarn… AND she's paying shipping BOTH ways… AND it's a 75/25 split… AND she said she was going all fangirl about my yarn. For a totally new product, it will be pretty hard to estimate sales. Do you have an estimate how many customers you will likely have?

My Quivers site is finally up! We still have more sorting to do so all the colorways are in colorway order and not alphabetical order, but the site is up, it's functional, and we've already had two orders! Woot!

I would NOT say anything about a refund unless an item is actually defective. You need to know that once you have their money, it's yours.
