Great info @joeli-kelly. I too find keeping up difficult if I have to go more than one place. I've been looking at Teachables, so it is really on me to complete.

I am waiting for that big project to officially launch, we hopefully had final drafts of the newsletter this morning. I don't know that it's of use or interest to anyone here, but I'll post in the “I did this” thread when it's official.

@jill-wolcott I moved because a course I had taken previously got moved to Teachable and I saw how much of a difference it made to me as a customer in terms of ease of following the information and going through it all.

Speaking as a yarnie who used to wholesale and as someone who worked in a yarn shop doing ordering for years, returns and refunds for yarns not sold really isn't a thing.
