I love this, @donna-jones! If finding your mission is your plan for this year, then saying NO to anything that takes time away from that exploration seems like the right thing to do! I'm horrible at hiding stuff. Right now, I am practicing Radical Transparency. I show/share not everything, but more than it used to feel safe to do. More than others.

In my case, people connect and love me emotionally more. I feel it has made me more real & trustworthy.
